Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Testing Lead to oversee testing activities for SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP testing methodologies, tools, and processes, along with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. SAP certification and experience in compliance testing are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing Strategy Development: o Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and processes for SAP S/4 HANA projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). ¿ Test Design and Execution:
Lead the design and development of test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications and business requirements.
Coordinate and execute testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage of all system functionalities and integration points.
Defect Management: Establish and manage defect tracking processes, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues and clear communication with development and business teams.
Analyze defect data to identify trends, root causes, and areas for process improvement.
Test Automation: Advocate for and implement test automation strategies using tools like SAP Test Suite, Worksoft, or other relevant testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Maintain and update automated test scripts to reflect changes in the application and testing requirements.
Compliance and Validation: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including GxP and FDA requirements, by implementing appropriate validation testing methodologies.
Work closely with quality assurance and compliance teams to prepare for audits and ensure testing documentation meets regulatory requirements.
Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to junior testing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions on testing best practices and methodologies.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross functional teams, including functional leads, project managers, and developers, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and timelines.
Act as a point of contact for testing related inquiries and issues during SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP testing roles, with at least 1 year of hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementation.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
Experience with testing tools such as SAP Test Suite, HP ALM, Worksoft, or other relevant automation tools.
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA modules and business processes.
Certifications: SAP certification in SAP Testing, SAP S/4 HANA, or related areas is highly desirable.
