Job Summary

The objective of this role to bring efficiency and alignment of business units of our current pre-process & process training team, and diligently manage/oversee the end-to-end functionality and deliverables of the training team. Success metrics and deliverables will include:1. Create a proactive enterprise Pre-process & process training capability, with strong training throughput2. Create a sustainable training bench for the enterprise and supply talent to the business unit, within pre-planned TAT to avoid revenue leakageB. Pre-requisite for the roleEssential Qualification and Work Experience:1. Graduate/PG/Equivalent2. 12 + years of experience in delivering and managing training function in a similar environment (ecommerce business experience, would be an added advantage)3. Exposure to implementing effective training programs in a classroom and virtual environment4. Has experience in identifying and mapping future key skill requirements for training proactively5. Managed mass performance assessments and improvement enabled by technology / process6. Certification and or strong experience in Training Delivery / Content Development / Knowledge ManagementTechnical/Soft Skills:1. Content Creation and Management2. Planning and scheduling3. Training Need Analysis4. People Management skills5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills6. Proficiency in MS office and leading training softwareC. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned)1. Proactively Identify process training needs basis stakeholders requirement2. Proactively Analyze resource forecast on timely basis with business and transition team3. Plan and implement required training basis organization growth plans and goals4. Evaluate process training programs and support training function wherever required5. Monitor training performance and take necessary corrective action involving all stakeholders6. Assess capability gaps, devise strategy and programs to bridge the gaps7. Track and report employee success and progress8. End to end business training governance and seek leadership support if needed9. Build strong training model and team to deliver to organization needs10. Evaluate process trainers and up skill the training team to meet organization needs11. Strong analytical skills, logic, reasoning skills and interpretation to resolve problems12. Maintain good rapport with clients and stakeholders with regular communication
