NIM Server administration, AIX LVM, NIM, LPAR, DLPAR, HMC, VIOS, RHEL, LVM Management.
Linux administration
DC to DR failover full understanding
Good understanding on the DR management tool.
Handling server migrations.
Ability to quickly learn and understand new systems.
Strong working knowledge on supporting critical production environment for Unix infrastructure.
Extensive experience in building and configuring and administering high availability cluster with IBM HACMP.
Good knowledge in ITIL processes.
Account focal on Automation.
Having Good knowledge on LINUX LVM and User Management.
Software Management using RPM & YUM in Linux.
Kernel patch upgrade in RHEL servers.
Kdump configuration and testing in RHEL servers.
UNIX-(AIX), User management- Creating, maintaining, and removing users and groups
Migration AIX 5.3 to AIX 6.1, AIX 7.1, AIX 7.2 version operating systems.
Good knowledge on Booting Process of OS.
Software Installation, TL up gradation.
System Recovery - Backup and Restore.
Good exposer to configure NIM master
Performing Hardware migrations of AIX LPARS.
Working experience on MPIO & NPIV environment.
Coordinating and interacting with other team members to fix up any issues related to server.
Excellent Communicator with the ability to deal with issues with precision & accuracy.
Performing operations on HACMP Environment.
Creating Logical Volumes and File system structures as per the Application Team Requirement.
