Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and open minded individual to join us as User Experience Designer You will be part of a dynamic team that build products to help deliver cutting edge solutions fit for business. You will help define the experience of how items are built, how they are edited and eventually distributed. You will look at the entire lifecycle and customer experience. You will help develop visual templates. You will work with the central Design team to align the visual style, language and flows enabling a consistent customer experience that they love. You will work with users, the central design team, product specialists, software architects and engineers. You will be on the front end of new and exciting capabilities using some of the latest available technology. You must: · Identify yourself, first and foremost, as an experienced UX/Interaction designer · Have strong UI prototyping and UX design skills. · Have solid experience in UX testing. We¿d like to hear from people with: · Passion towards UX and empathy for the users · A track record in UX/Interaction design skills, preferably in building enterprise grade commercial business applications · Proficiency in creating user flows and wireframes. · Experience in creating and working with design systems, components, and patterns. · Experience in mapping and understanding of the user journeys and technical limitations. · Exposure in taking part in product research validating the designs with user tests. · Experience of agile development methodology and functional business domain and business application knowledge are desirable as well. · Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, DevExpress, Crystal reports or similar will be a bonus. You will help develop visual templates. You will work with the central Design team to align the visual style, language and flows enabling a consistent customer experience that they love. (B) Responsibilities: 1. Designs: · You will help develop visual templates using Figma / Fig Jam. · Ensure the IFS Design system is adhered to. · Ensure designs are mobile and desktop compatible. · Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly illustrate how applications look and behave. · Continuously improve the user experience by ensuring the reports / Apps adhere to the same IFS Design system · Continually find new and expressive ways of showing and telling data stories · Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, best practices. 2. Collaboration and Documentation: · Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather business requirements expected outcomes and measure. · Document data models, ETL processes, and Power BI reports for knowledge sharing and future reference. · Build a community around best design processes, Power Apps, and Power Automate 3. Wireframing and Prototyping · Sketching low fidelity wireframes to plan the structure of a report / PowerApps. · Creating interactive, high fidelity prototypes to simulate user interaction and gather feedback. 4. Quality and Testing: · Test designs and flows with customers to receive feedback and learnings for future improvements. · Communicating design specifications to developers and ensuring the design is implemented as intended (Note that Responsibilities are daily tasks and activities that the candidate will perform AFTER he/she has been selected and joins.
