Job Summary

Role- Salesforce Scrum Master Must Have – Salesforce experience and Worked as Scrum Master Key Responsibilities: Agile Team Leadership: Lead and mentor agile development teams in Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure teams are practicing core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility. Understanding of Salesforce. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Technical Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams. Ensure that the architectural direction, design standards, and best practices are followed. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Promote the use of metrics and data to drive improvements in team performance. Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between development teams, product management, and other stakeholders. Communicate with all stakeholders, supporting transparency and a free flow of information. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and across teams. Ensure alignment of team activities with business objectives.   Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development. At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within an agile development environment. Strong understanding of agile principles and practices. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Technical proficiency in software development and architecture. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification. Experience with cloud-based solutions and modern software development practices. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
