Job Summary
Must have Experience of 10+ years and have worked in at least 2 Fusion HCM implementation projects as a Functional consultant.
Must have been involved in Product Demo, Req. Gathering, Fit Gap analysis, Solution Desig, CRP, Testing, Configuration.
As a Functional consultant should have experience in configuring & set up of Oracle HCM Cloud modules
1) Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, ORC
2)Benefits, Compensation,OTL, Payroll (for GCC) modules.
Must have exp. in designing and configuring application security, Approval rules, Personalization.
Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud security, SSO and Interfaces/Integrations. Must have client facing exp.
Should have excellent communication, Project/stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Should have excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, solution design skills and experience.
Willing to travel to onsite based on the need on short / long term
