As a Customer Support Associate, YOU will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide YOU with the tools & opportunities YOU need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance YOUR knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.

In the first 3 months of the role, YOU will be required to have availability from 9am – 7pm for training (Mon-Fri) and 9am – 8pm for “On the Job Training” (Mon-Sun). Following “On the Job Training”, you will be working from Office / Home (38 hours a week), on a rotating roster between 7am to 11pm (any 8-hour shift) for any 5 days of the week between Monday to Sunday.
