Job Summary

Summary of the Role Seeking a Power Platform Administrator experienced in administration, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform Suite including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Power Platform environment. Responsibilities¿¿ Administer and manage the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents. Configure and maintain environments, environment security, connectors and data loss prevention policies within the Power Platform. Monitor the performance and health of Power Platform environments & Solutions, troubleshoot issues. Implement and enforce the Power Platform environment¿s governance policies, best practices and security standards. Manage user roles, permissions, and licenses for Power Platform applications. Install, upgrade, and configure Power Platform Center of Excellence Setup alerts & notifications for system issues Perform activities to clean up environments, orphaned objects inside Power Platform. Create and maintain documentation for the environments and solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to troubleshoot issues. Stay up to date with the latest features, updates and enhancements in the Power Platform and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Work closely with Citizen developers and Power users to guide on best practices and educate and empower them to leverage the Power Platform effectively. Qualifications¿ ¿ Bachelor¿s degree in computer science or equivalent ¿ Minimum 3 years¿ experience developing power applications. ¿ Ability to work with developers using other technologies to maintain interconnectivity. ¿ Attention to detail and commitment to high quality, error free deliverables. ¿ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations. ¿ Strong interpersonal skills ¿ Strong business analytical and problem solving abilities Soft Skills: ¿ Strong written and verbal skills. ¿ Customer service skills with the ability to provide consistent, positive end user experiences and address issues proactively. ¿ Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to use all available resources to resolve or anticipate problems in turn creating or updating processes, procedures, and resolutions in the knowledgebase as needed. ¿ Time management skills including setting appropriate expectations with end users for resolution. ¿ Ability to be a team player, offering and accepting feedback and sharing knowledge with others, while being able to work independently and require minimal supervision. ¿ Relationship building skills include the ability to develop intra and inter team relationships and build and establish rapport with end users efficiently. ¿ Multi tasking abilities while focusing on effective prioritization of work.
