Job Summary

Summary of the Role Seeking a Power Platform Developer experienced in creating technical designs and Power Apps. Configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and business process automation. Extending the platform and the user experience. Responsibilities¿¿ Creating technical designs and Power Apps. Configuring Dataverse, Power Apps, and business process automation. Extending the platform and the user experience. IT governance, licensing, and business cases Developing custom business applications using Power Apps, including designing user interfaces, data models, and workflows. Developing custom workflows and automations using Power Automate. Design and develop Microsoft Power Pages web sites. Designing and developing integrations between the Power Platform and other systems, including third party applications and databases. Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes in order to design and develop solutions that meet their needs. Providing support and troubleshooting for custom solutions developed on the Power Platform. Collaborating with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that custom solutions developed on the Power Platform align with the organization's overall technology strategy and business goals. Providing support and troubleshooting for citizen developer custom solutions developed on the Power Platform.¿ Qualifications¿ ¿ Bachelor¿s degree in computer science or equivalent ¿ Minimum 3 years¿ experience developing power applications ¿ Ability to work with developers using other technologies to maintain interconnectivity ¿ Attention to detail and commitment to high quality, error free deliverables ¿ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations ¿ Strong interpersonal skills ¿ Strong business analytical and problem solving abilities Soft Skills: ¿ Strong written and verbal skills. ¿ Customer service skills with the ability to provide consistent, positive end user experiences and address issues proactively. ¿ Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to use all available resources to resolve or anticipate problems in turn creating or updating processes, procedures, and resolutions in the knowledgebase as needed. ¿ Time management skills including setting appropriate expectations with end users for resolution. ¿ Ability to be a team player, offering and accepting feedback and sharing knowledge with others, while being able to work independently and require minimal supervision. ¿ Relationship building skills including the ability to develop intra and inter team relationship as well as build and establish rapport with end users efficiently. ¿ Multi tasking abilities while focusing on effective prioritization of work.
