Job Summary

Role: MS Dynamics CRM Architect Location: Greensboro, NC At least 10 - 12 years of experience in IT 8 - 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least 6 -8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must) Must have demonstrable architecture & design experience in the role of Technical Architect in at least 2 - 3 large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi-geo rollouts Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service Must be thorough and hands-on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, Javascript, Azure functions,  Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations) Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5 Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012 Scribe and SSIS Modern workloads: Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable Experience in working in an Agile DevOps  is a must Good team handling and customer facing skills   “Tech Mahindra is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
