Job Summary

WAS Admin – Lead role Location – Navi Mumbai, Belapur Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech (any branch)/ MCA/M.Tech/ MSC IT / MSC – CS  24/ Support  Environment  6 days a week (Monthly Twice) Banking industry experience (Good to have) Documents required for BV purpose – (Must have EPFO service history records with supporting documents for past 5 years) ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Deployment of EAR & WAR files on Web Sphere Application Server and Network Deployment Manger. Installation and configuration of WebSphere application server & Webserver in different environments in Production and DR. Administrating and monitoring tasks related to the support of Web Sphere Application Server with IBM (PMR). Co-ordination with all the merchants, branch and core team. Preparing reports of health of all the sites, and keeping relevant stakeholders informed. Escalating issues to higher level till their closure. Configured WebSphere Application Server with Database. Configuring of JDBC Providers, Data Source, Virtual Hosting. As per the requirements planning and implementation of Fix packs, refresh packs & Migration of version. Creating Nodes, clusters and cluster members. Generating and implementing the SSL certificates in Different environments. Deploying WAC configuration files and verifies status after deployment. Co-ordinating with QK regarding escalation of the sites. Preparation for standalone DR and IBCE DR dril activity Intimating to all customers about DR activity and Downtime. Preparing RCA's and coordinate with respecting teams. Document issues and associated resolutions to problems. Prepare documentation and presentation of progress reports to customers. Conduct user’s, customer’s and Team’s training. Guide/Mentor the team members on technical problems which cannot be resolved at their level. Ensure that Systems, Organization processes, & Unit practices adhere to Organization policies. Active participation in Organization and Unit level initiatives.
