Understanding OF Customer requirements AND independently plan FOR RESOURCE requirement, network element AND connectivity models AND complex architectures. Analyze AND VALIDATE WITH various technologies OF network elements AND connectivity types. Various technologies may include Switches/Routers/DWDM/STMx/VCx/Fibers/Copper etc. Plan Migration Strategies, transition /transformation planning. Capture the existing network connectivity, complex architecture, services required FOR consulting solution. Define AND finalize migration AND transition strategies AS applicable. MODIFY/ amend the internals OF the network modelling tools. Understand AND apply network solutions AS per Industry standards. Conduct regular discussion WITH stakeholders TO pursue ANY changes, upgradation IN underlying agreement. Identify /Review Implementation OF network optimizations. CASE TO CASE analysis OF services AND consolidation. Optimum utilization OF capacity. Ensure AND implement network/ optimizations. Independently undertake the network optimization AND reliability analysis. Define Quality gates AND parameters. Encourage team TO use automation AND error free deliverables. Define process adherence strategies. PREPARE / Review reports, trends, AND periodic checks WITH stakeholders FOR project specific changes AND documentation. Ensure Customer needs are captured AND documented. Guidance TO team FOR latest technical trends AND project specific development. Encourage knowledge sharing activities AND PREPARE training plans. Arrange technical trainings TO stakeholders.
