Job Summary

Office 365 & MDM Administrator / Team Lead
¿ Administration, support, and configuration of MS Office O365( Exchange Online , MS teams etc )  for users.
o Maintenance/sustainment of existing client SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content.
o Support Single Sign On using OKTA with Multifactor Authentication
o Manage user¿s mobile devices through our MDM solutions (VM Workspace One)
o Expertise in handling mail routing and mail flow related issues.
o Expertise in Anti Spam solutions ( Symantec , Mimecast etc )
o Experience with supporting anti spam filtering, logging and email tracking, Mail relay and transport rules.
o Develop scripts for automating processes within the environment.
o Expertise in managing MS Teams environment.

¿ General IT: End user support
o Manage problem resolution to a satisfactory completion of assigned tickets and following the proper escalation processes via ticketing system (Service Now).
o Provide tier 2 support and troubleshooting.
o Troubleshoot Active sync issues with mobile devices.
o Troubleshoot issues related with MS Teams.
o Troubleshooting mail flow issues.
o Troubleshoot External Mail flow issues with Mimecast and Symantec Anti spam solutions.
o Support Single Sign On using OKTA with Multifactor Authentication

¿ Operational Security, Maintenance and Governance

o Support the messaging environment in the Cloud (Office 365).
o Review, test, and make recommendations for standard email practices.
o Knowledge transfer to Service Desk team (POC).
o Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
o Help ensure team performance meets or exceeds defined Service Level Agreements
o Create SOP¿s and Knowledge Articles whenever needed.

¿ Qualifications
o Experience administering O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint environment
o Help desk experience and ability to provide technical and end user support
o General knowledge of networking ¿ IP, DNS, SMTP
o PowerShell Scripting skills
o Symantec Enterprise / Mimecast Anti Spam Vault
o Engineer: Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience
o Lead: Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
