Job Summary

Job Description Roles Specific Requirement: â¿¢ Good knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes e.g.demand creation account planning and segmentation proposals and bids pricing contract mgmt and sales performance mgmt â¿¢ Must have experience in Sales & Marketing platform implementation with demonstrable experience acting as a technical lead â¿¢ Ten or more years of business experience in strategic and operations planning and/or business analysis. â¿¢ Experience developing architecture blueprints strategies and roadmaps â¿¢ Expert knowledge of CRM platforms Microsoft Dynamics / Salesforce / SAP C4C â¿¢ Design of complex integrations between Sales & Marketing platforms and other enterprise solutions using SSO SAML SSL Web Services LDAP JDBC ODBC REST â¿¢ Knowledge of business ecosystems SaaS infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform as a service (PaaS) SOA APIs open data microservices event driven IT and predictive analytics. â¿¢ Familiarity with information management practices system development life cycle management IT services management agile and lean methodologies infrastructure and operations and EA and ITIL frameworks. â¿¢ Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills including teamwork facilitation and negotiation. â¿¢ Excellent analytical and technical skills. â¿¢ Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences. â¿¢ Excellent planning and organizational skills. â¿¢ Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture. Familiarity with basic graphical modelling approaches tools and model repositories â¿¢ Knowledge of business models operating models financial models cost benefit analysis budgeting and risk management. â¿¢ Understanding of different agile methodologies and frameworks especially those designed to be scaled at the enterprise level. â¿¢ Understanding of existing new and emerging technologies and processing environments. â¿¢ Balance the long term (big picture) and short term implications of individual decisions and organization goals. â¿¢ Rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. â¿¢ Ready to think behave and act in an innovative consulting manner to drive the organizations business strategies. â¿¢ Understand and speak the language of the business. â¿¢ Trusted and respected as a subject matter expert & thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders. â¿¢ Comfortable experienced and accomplished at working with business executives and able to push back in a professional and diplomatic way. â¿¢ Highly collaborative and supportive of business and of its ideals and strategies. â¿¢ Highly innovative with aptitude for foresight systems thinking and design thinking. â¿¢ Vendor and technology neutral â¿¿ focused in achieving targeted business outcomes rather than promotion of technological preferences
