Qualification ·         TMForum Frameworks / ITIL certification
·         Certified Business Analyst
Domain Knowledge ·         Telecom Concepts across B2C, B2B line of Business
·         Knowledge of COTS Products (ServiceNow, Salesforce & key functionalities across e2e customer journeys)
·         Knowledge of Service Delivery, Assurance, Billing & Supply Chain domains and best of the suites/breed products
·         Excellent Understanding of Telecom Products on both B2B & B2C
Key Competencies ·         Excellent Oral & written Communications
·         Exposure of telecom process value streams  
·         Excellent understanding of Requirements Management Tool like Jira, Confluence
·         Agile and Scrum Methodologies
·         Product Rationalization, Customer upgrades / Migration strategy definitions
Areas of Responsibility ·         Lead the Requirements gathering workshops to build the repository of requirements / backlog
·         Ability to map the customer journeys across e2e process
·         Interacting with business stakeholders gathering requirements and performing initial analysis, feasibility study, scoping, system impact analysis
·         Create Requirements document and get the requirements approved from business users
·         Recommend Best practices & functionalities while building requirements
·         Complete ownership to pass the delivery through internal UAT and customer reviews
·         Lead & Manage customer demos of completed requirements
·         Participate PI planning discussion and finalize the MVPs to be build and create the plan
·         In addition to providing leadership and oversight to multiple internal engagements, the role holder will actively monitor trends and emerging methodologies in the telecom industry, leveraging those observations to identify opportunities and support recommendations. 
·         Communicate with customers, partners, vendors & key stakeholders across business
·         Analyze product volumetric and financial / revenue data to come up with insights for product rationalization decision making
·         Responsible for defining product billing policies, rating groups, customer plan upgrade & migration strategies
