To define strategies, implement, manage and enhance the practices in solution and systems in coordination with Business, Customers and Alliance Partners. Develop Effort estimation & Pricing models for productized solution / services and ensure overall project delivery is within the budget and up to the quality standards. Establish alliances / partnership to generate new revenue by defining new services / solution to market.
Manage end to end bid / opportunity in coordination with Sales / Relationship team and work with analysts to enhance visibility & market positioning / rating. Support sales team in bids / opportunities till formal closure.
Implement solutions to reduce cycle time and minimize effort by innovating business models such as by generating unique IPs (methodology, tools, framework, etc.).
Manage effective governance and provide periodic updates to Presale, Sales, & Relationship team to enhance visibility & confidence.
Define practices for (Policies, Processes, Procedures, Controls, & Governance) roll out / enhancements within respective practice unit and ensure their implementation.
