Location: Belapur Location, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Work Mode: Work from office, 6 Days a week from Monday to Saturday (Every 2nd & 4th Saturday will be holidays).
Job Description: SAP BASIS Consultant
Should have expertise of SAP System Health Monitoring, recording issues & performing troubleshooting
Should be Proficient in EWA Reports Analysis and Recommendations
Should have able to perform RCA for Dumps, Errors occurring from OS, DB & SAP
Should have experience in supporting JAVA Stack systems such as EP/ ADS
Should have knowledge on Solution Manager
Should have knowledge on Oracle DB Administration on SAP and HP UX System Administration
Should have understanding and experience in participation/ execution of DR Drill Activities
Should be able to analyze Alerts Generated by SAP Solution Manager and reporting to Customer in case of error or critical Kernel Update
Should have experience in Applying and renewing the certificates throughout the Landscape
Should have experience in License installation on various systems and Raising Incidents in SAP service market Place.
Should have experience in Interacting with SAP by raising OSS message & co-coordinating with them via phone, screen sharing session, expert chat, Object & developer registration, OSS connection opening and maintain login details in secure store
Should have Hands On Experience on HP-UX OS and Windows Operating System
Should have Working Experience in Clustering and High Availability
Should have experience in System Monitoring, Kernel Upgrade, Transport Management , Client Administration
Should have experience in SNOTE implementation, File system management and RFC Connections/ configuration
Should be willing to work in 24x7 shift based on roster
Should have Effective communication /presentation and Problem Solving Skills
