1. Present concrete examples with the process of interacting with developers.
2. Strong Diagramming skills
3. Experience with documentation for any Cloud related systems
4. How they organize and maintain a lot of documentation in something like Confluence
5. Able to Present their work and show their document portfolio with some markdown and automation skills
