In Client Technology, we are looking for a DevOps engineer, who will join the Fabrick Insights team. Fabric insights act as the main source of accurate metadata in EY Fabric. It promotes streamlined access to up to date data, aids efficient operations, and enhances decision making across EY Fabric, fostering visibility and minimizing development costs.
It is the essential tool for partners, business leaders, decision makers, control functions and feature teams that build and run products in the platform.Responsibilities
Deliver value through the completion of backlog items.
Provide support to the Team‿s solutions.
Implement solutions for the team following best practices and standards.
Focus on Automation to improve efficiency.
Good documentation and dashboarding skills
Good knowledge of Cloud solutions (Especially Azure)
Work closely with the development team to establish DevOps practices, such as version control, code review, and automated builds.
Implement security best practices within the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
Collaborate with the QA team to implement automated testing frameworks and integrate them into the deployment pipelines.
Intermediate proficiency in:
Infrastructure as Code (Specially ARM/Bicep Templates)
Code Management tools (Git / GitHub / Azure DevOps)
Release Management tools (Azure DevOps mostly)
At least one programming/scripting language (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying across multiple environments.Desired Experience
Experience working in large organizations.
Experience working in Agile setups.
Experience in implement, integrate and support solutions in large environments.
Experience in operating in API driven ecosystems.
Proven experience with Azure services, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Container Apps.
Familiarity with API management and integration within a microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of network, storage, and compute resources within a cloud environment, particularly Azure.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration tools.
Knowledge of artifact management tools, specifically Artifactory, and their integration into CI/CD pipelines.Desired Certifications
