Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with over 25+ years of proven expertise in program management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of program management principles and methodologies, demonstrating the ability to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage cross functional teams, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and deliver results on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects within the program, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and external partners.
  • Monitor program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and present findings to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for development.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and best practices in program management.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Program Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing large scale programs and projects successfully.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP, or equivalent).
  • Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in program management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting processes.

    We are currently hiring for a Technical Program Manager (Infrastructure) role with Tech Mahindra, supporting a large-scale (banking) program, based out of Navi Mumbai, Belapur \ Seawoods (Work from Office).

    Key Specification -

  • Educational Qualification – BE/B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech Only.
  • Work Location -Navi Mumbai, Belapur \ Seawoods
  • 24/ 7 availability
  • 5 Day a week from Office and alternate weekend working as per Banking industry.
  • Work from customer Site.
  • Banking industry experience (Optional)
  • Documents required for BV purpose – ( Must have EPFO Service History records with supporting documents for the past 5 years is mandate)
