The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cloud virtualization and will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions that leverage virtualization technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively within a team and contribute to innovative software development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement software solutions utilizing VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure high quality deliverables.
  • Maintain and enhance existing software applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Proficient in cloud virtualization concepts and practices.
  • Experience in software development using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL).

Qualifications:
