Job Summary
Test Strategy & Execution: Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts (manual and automated) for Salesforce modules like Sales/Service Cloud.
Validation: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing, including verifying Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
Defect Management: Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or HP ALM.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Tosca.
Data & Security: Validate data migration, user roles, profiles, and sharing settings.
Collaboration: Work with developers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Salesforce Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security models.
Testing Tools: Proficiency in Selenium, Provar, or similar tools.
Technical Skills: Experience with API testing and scripting languages like Python or Java.
Experience: Proven experience in QA and testing within Salesforce environments.
Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Certified Platform App Builder certifications are often preferred
