We are seeking an experienced DevOps Tech Lead with 7+ years of handsâ€`on experience in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, CI/CD automation, and Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives, drive automation across environments, guide a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with development and architecture teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Kubernetes Cluster Deployment & Management
- Design, deploy, and manage production grade Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
- Optimize cluster performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for K8s workloads.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, network policies, and RBAC.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Development
- Architect and maintain end to end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools.
- Automate build, test, and deployment workflows for microservices and containerized applications.
- Integrate automated quality checks, security scans, and deployment gates.
3. Application Containerization
- Lead containerization of applications using Docker, ensuring best practices for image creation and optimization.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of containers within K8s environments.
4. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Automation
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tools.
- Automate environment provisioning, configuration management, and multiâ€`cloud deployments.
- Ensure infrastructure versioning, traceability, and reproducibility.
5. Cloud Infrastructure Engineering
- Work with AWS or Azure cloud platforms to design highly available, scalable, and secure environments.
- Optimize cost, performance, and cloud resource allocation.
- Manage cloud networking, storage, compute, IAM, and security configurations.
