- 6 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least seven years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
- Must have demonstrable design experience in the role of Sr. Technical lead in at least one or two large, end to end large MSCRM implementations,
- that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
- Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
- Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, JavaScript, Azure functions,
- Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
- Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including
- .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5
- Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012
- Scribe and SSIS
- Experience in MSCRM installation and setup and multi-site deployment
- Modern workloads:
- Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
- Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable
- Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must
- Good team handling and customer facing skills
