Job Summary

Skill: CRM with Field Service

Experience-7+ Years

Offered CTC: max 25 to 28 LPA

Location-PAN India

At least 7 to 10 years of experience in IT

  • 6 10 years on Microsoft technologies, out of which at least seven years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud, which is a must)
  • Must have demonstrable design experience in the role of Sr. Technical lead in at least one or two large, end to end large MSCRM implementations,
  • that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales / Service / Marketing / Field Service) multiple integrations and multi geo rollouts
  •  Must have thorough knowledge nad experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Service and Field Service
  • Must be thorough and hands on MSCRM 2013 ,MSCRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Versions, including CRM SDK, plug ins, JavaScript, Azure functions,  
  • Web API services, Azure Service Bus (for integrations)
  • Must be thorough and hands on in Microsoft technologies including
  • .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query and HTML 5
  • Microsoft SQL server 2008/2012
  • Scribe and SSIS
  • Experience in MSCRM installation and setup and multi-site deployment
  • Modern workloads:
  • Power platform : specially Power Automate and Power BI, experience in Power Apps in preferred
  • Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform and Virtual Agent is high preferable
  • Experience in working in an Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology is a must
  • Good team handling and customer facing skills
