Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on Salesforce Integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that integrate seamlessly with Salesforce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on Salesforce integration.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, and other relevant technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce integrations and provide timely resolutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to enhance integration processes.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Salesforce integration techniques.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Integration, including experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Apex programming.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other cloud platforms and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce integration.
  • Proven track record of successful software projects and Salesforce implementations.
