Perform, track activities during Special events, release AIS (acceptance into service)
Ensure compliance to various audit, security, compliance requirements, Prepaer respective documentation, Participate in audits
Managing technological needs, including hardware, software, and network systems
execute Operational Acceptance test plan for acceptance of new service
build scripts for resolving priority incidents or reducing impact of priority incidents, prepare
Perform techinical delivery for NPC
Provide technical guidence/inputs to L1, L2 team members"
