Job Summary
o Strong knowledge of Finacle Payments Product (payment processing, NEFT/RTGS, SFMS).
o Hands on experience with IBM MQ (queue management, message troubleshooting).
o Experience with JBoss Application Server (configuration, deployment, log analysis).
o Familiarity with Linux/Unix commands, shell scripting for log analysis.
o Basic understanding of SQL for database queries and validations.
· Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet SLAs.
o Good communication skills for interaction with business and technical teams.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· Above 5 years of experience in L2 support for banking/payment systems.
· ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
Shift & Availability:
· Willingness to work in 24x7 support model (rotational shifts).
· On call support during critical releases or outages.
