Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud Sales Engagement to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead the development of technical specifications and documentation for software applications.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, integrating them into existing systems as appropriate.
Participate in project planning and estimation, providing insights on timelines and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations in all software development activities.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Sales Engagement.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.
Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
Experience in developing mobile applications on Salesforce platforms.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Architect) are a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Salesforce technologies.
Proven experience in leading software development projects from inception to completion.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for technology and innovation.
