Detailed Job description:
We are seeking a temporary full time resource to support Data Operations for Global Operations. The role will require overlapping PST hours and include the following responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain end to end data pipelines to ensure timely, reliable, and accurate data delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve data ingestion, transformation, and loading failures, collaborating with data engineering, EDW, and infrastructure teams.
Respond to and triage production incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive corrective actions through postmortems.
Document operational runbooks, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides for consistent issue resolution.
