Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with extensive experience in AIOps, Generative AI, IT Automation, and IT Process Automation. The ideal candidate will lead a team of technical professionals, driving innovative solutions and ensuring the successful implementation of projects within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a strong background in AIOps as a deal breaker skill, along with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers and developers in the design, development, and implementation of AIOps solutions.
Oversee the integration of Generative AI technologies into existing IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage IT automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
Act as a primary point of contact for ServiceNow related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement within the team.
Prepare and present technical documentation and project reports to stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in AIOps with a strong understanding of its principles and applications.
Expertise in IT Automation and IT Process Automation methodologies.
Hands on experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration and customization.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Generative AI tools and frameworks.
Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and their integration with IT operations.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on AIOps and automation.
Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
