Job Summary
These key responsibilities are to ensure an efficient development process that aligns with business objectives and remains responsive to business and IT stakeholders. ¿ Create and update product roadmaps to guide the development process and set clear milestones. ¿ Participate in sprint planning to define goals and set expectations. Also, Review and accept completed work during sprint reviews. ¿ Define and communicate product goals and priorities for the development team. ¿ Establish and communicate the product vision to align with business goals and customer needs. ¿ Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the latest product requirements and communicate to relevant stakeholder and providing feedback. ¿ Work closely with the development team to ensure the product meets business needs. ¿ Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, changes, and upcoming features. ¿ Identify and address product issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. ¿ Schedule and lead meetings to discuss product issues, progress, and solutions. ¿ Act as the voice of the business, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product5. ¿ Ensure the final product meets quality standards and business requirements and participate in testing. Common soft skill: ¿ excellent communication and presentation skills in English ¿ Should be good team player ¿ Ability to interact with Business and resolve the clarifications ¿ Ability to identify the scope of work and write Features and User stories. ¿ Ability to present the solutions to the Product Management team and Business ¿ Ability to work closely with Product Management team ¿ Responsible for the team backlog and working with the business owners and stakeholders to implement innovative and sustainable solutions ¿ Active participation in planning events and helping to shape these together with the Scrum Master. ¿ Collaborate with Functional and Development teams to ensure delivery of the User Sorties within the predefined sprints. ¿ Work with Change Management on stakeholder engagement activities.
