Job Summary

Job Role – Customer Care Associate - To make an impact in reducing risk on E Commerce platforms through analytically driven decisions, understand and enforce data security policies, manage customer sensitive information, eliminating risk & building most trusted and safe environment for our customers.

 

  • Chat Process– Fresher / Min 6 Months Experience into Customer Care is Mandatory
  • Mode of Work – Work From Office
  • Working Days – 6 Days & One Rotational Week off
  • Education – Any HSC/Graduate Can Apply
  • Shift Timing – 24/7* (Rotational) for Male
  • For Female – 7am to 8 PM (Rotational)
  • Salary – Up-to 2.20 LPA depending upon Experience.
  • Interview Mode – F2F @  1st Floor, Knowledge Boulevard, Sector 62 Noida, Next to IMS College. 
  • Interview Round – HR > Typing Test (30/90%) > Ops Round > Psychometric Test > Final round with Client
