Job Summary

Analyze work queues, team tasks on daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure the SLA compliance.
Build & maintain the strong & efficient working relationship with various functions across organization.
Manage and mentor the team to ensure and activities are processed as per the pre-defined KPI's.
Should have the in-depth knowledge of optical communication like dark fiber operation, NLD, ODN and FTTx networks.
Active, passive and logical Inventory management and reports creation
Should have hands on experience in OTN/WDM network (Ciena 6500, Ciena Wave server, Nokia PSS, Cisco NCS , ADVA FSP 3K etc).
Must have the basic knowledge of switching and routing protocols like OSPF, BGP.
should handle network issue like link down, link fail, link flopping and packet drops and more
Technical report generation and analyze for the client RFO/RCA
Manage and co-ordinate tasks assigned to field team and TAC.
Live network/Dark fiber fiber monitoring and KPI reports generating.
Ring/Link utilization monitoring and re-directing the concern team for correction.
Experience with Zabbix tool

KEEP TRACK ON CUSTOMER ORDERS/REQUESTS THROUGHOUT THE DELIVERY LIFECYCLE AND RESOLVE THE REJECTED ORDERS.
