Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP HR and Payroll implementation and support projects In-depth understanding of US Payroll, US Benefits, 401k and Taxation Extensive experience in configuring Work schedules, Holiday calendar, Attendance types, Absence types, generate time quotas and time evaluation, HR Time Schema changes (PCR) Knowledge and experience in Payroll Schema, Rule changes Understanding of ABAP-HR Experience of End of Year HR Patching process Experience in HR Time Management Good knowledge on BSI Tax Factory Interact with HRIS, Benefits and Payroll teams to understand the requirement and business needs Production support and enhancement of SAP HRIS, Payroll, Time and Benefits systems by troubleshooting and implementing configuration and technical changes Support business in Benefits, 401k, Fidelity, W2 and 940 printing and reconciliation Perform Lead activities Discuss business process optimization roadmap with enterprise architecture team Develop solution planning , create functional specifications , creating and executing test plans, realization and post go-live warrant support Coordinate with offshore teams for enhancement and support works Good communication and interpersonal skills Good customer facing skills Good understanding of SLAs and contractual clauses
