Customer Delivery ManagerJob DescriptionThe IT Customer Delivery Manager oversees a number of key functions within the IT department that enable the delivery of a high quality service to end users, and to ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. This position is a stakeholder facing role, and requires that you establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT team to achieve those expectations to a high standard.Responsibilities:¿ Manage Technology modernization program¿ Design and deliver applications (legacy system to latest Java technology)¿ To conceptualize, design and deliver applications through the team as per defined scope and standards in Digital (Big Data, Analytics, Cloud, IoT, Machine learning) technology stack¿ Reviews on the architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME¿ To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for projects & performance delivery¿ To ensure knowledge up gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements¿ To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology¿ To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices¿ To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigatedSkill requirement:¿ Should have 15 18 years of IT experience¿ Should have experience working in onsite/offshore model & related Quality management processes¿ Should have experience of working with American customer at onsite at least for few years¿ Should have worked as Technical Solution Architect, as part of large program consisting of multiple projects in diverse technology areas, predominantly in Digital technology stack¿ Should have experience of business development support¿ Should be people oriented, team player, passionate and committed individual¿ Should have excellent written and verbal communication¿ Should have excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to connect with CxO and executive level customer stakeholders¿ Should be Bachelor of Engineering/Masters in computer science or related stream¿ Experience of working in Travel/Transportation/Logistics/Railroad industry is a plus¿ Travel readiness expected to travel across multiple cities within US as required¿ Flexibility expected to work with overlapping hours with offshore teams in IndiaMiscellaneous¿ Location: Fort Worth, TX¿ Duration: 12+ months Best Regards,<
