Qualified MBA (Finance) / ICWAI / CA / BE / B.Tech with 8 to 12 years of total experience with at least 6 to 8 years of Oracle EBS Order Management Applications implementation experience and 1 to 3 years of Oracle Cloud Procurement is essential with Industry experience in Order Management/Sales/Supply Chain or Materials Management domain.Preference would be given for Fusion Procurement implementation experience and Oracle Procurement/SCM Cloud certification 2016/2017.Experience in modules like Inventory, OM, Configurator, Shipping, Pricing, GOP, DOO & integration with Fusion SCM / Procurement modules. At least 4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with 1 or 2 Cloud implementation experience is mandatory.Should have experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots. Should have experience in configuring the Applications in a client facing role. Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, mandatory. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner. Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn. Should be good team player and have good analytical skills.Must have experience of working on pre-sales: requirement discussion, POCs, demos, proposal creation and proposal defense. Should have good understanding of overall business processes and functions specially around P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2c (Order-to-Cash). Should have good knowledge of Oracle Cloud capabilities both functional and technical.
