Role: ITSM AnalystLocation: Hartford, CTDuration: Long termSkills Requirement:¿ Must have: Expertise in ITIL principles ¿ Good understanding of ITIL processes (Change Management, Release Management, Configuration Management etc.), Clear understanding of Process Governance, Incident, Change and Problem Management processes, Monitor process effectiveness through SLAs, and KPIs¿ Must have: Experience utilizing Service Management tools preferably ServiceNow¿ Must have: Excellent communication / interpersonal skills, expectations management in matrix organization structure¿ Must have: 2+ years of experience in ITSM or similar role in a technical operations and/or support environment; 4+ years of overall professional experience¿ Nice to have: Bachelors or higher degree in IT / Computer science or related discipline.¿ Nice to have: ITIL Foundation certificationThanks Rajesh G Tech Mahindra (Americas) Inc.
