¿ To manage complex customer projects from requirements gathering to production deployment with end to end delivery responsibility; ensuring delivery excellence and customer delight¿ Interface and engage with customers at a strategic level, ensuring that the current projects requirements are fulfilled as well as lead discussions on demand forecast, planning and creating a pipeline of projects¿ Ensure that all customer feedback processes are completed on time¿ Lead the efforts in creating business & technical solutions to business needs, estimation of efforts, identifying skills/resources, planning and delivery of projects¿ Good to have Health Care Experience¿ Bring in program management experience to handle multiple projects running in parallel and ensure optimal resource utilization across projects Hi Influence customer perception positively, build good working relationship with all stakeholders, and be the first point of contact for addressing any issues/requests from customer¿ Oversee the launch of multiple projects from concept to delivery, aligning with various stakeholders and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
