Job Description: SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Leader, with functional and technical proficiency in SAP TPM, Promotion Planning, Claims and Funds Management Very good understanding of integration with other areas like OTC (order,pricing,deductions), General Ledger (COPA/GL accounts) Candidate should have experience at testing, configuration and completing deliverables in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in CRM Web UI, BOL Programming, Transaction Launcher, CRM Middleware, CRM Base customizing, One Order Framework, CRM Billing,ABAP Workbench, ABAP Data Dictionary, ALE/IDOC, ABAP OO, BADI, Function Modules, debugging ABAP Code. Good functional Experience of Middleware in BDOC’S, data exchange between ERP backend & SAP CRM, and consistency & monitoring of the data exchange. Working knowledge of SAP Channel Management (CHM) System Configuration on POS processing, Ship-and Debit contracts processing, Claims, Bill-Up, Price Protection and revenue recognition processes. Working knowledge of EDI, IDOC integration and can interface with programming resources to develop SAP user exits, reports Working knowledge of Channel Management implementations for semiconductor industry Working knowledge of Revenue Recognition processes for SAP SD and CRM Channel management Working knowledge of master data such as new product/customer/pricing configurations. Must have prior experience in production support and ability to take ownership of the system. Knowledge of SD module is an added advantage.
