Job Title: Operation ManagerLocation: San Diego, CAJob Type: FulltimeExp. – 8-10 Years requiredJob Description· Excellent Communication· Creation, analysis, escalation and transmission of critical reports providing time sensitive updates to customer organizations· Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software· Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.· Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements· Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment· Vii Project Management and Account Management ExpEmployee will be a key stakeholder with cross functional teams.Project will leverage the resource’s abilities for approval of Customer level requirements that have an impact on the Senior Mgmt., Customer and/or Customer Service Department.Responsible for communication and resolution of status, risks, conflicts to the Sr. Management team as well as the project team on a regularly scheduled basis.Excellent open and proactive written and oral communication skills Ability to work in team-oriented environment. Ability to work in matrix managed environment Ability to influence and lead others (i.e. Project Manager and project teams)
