Using effective communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia), person will work alongside our development team working closely to achieve this goal and improve this capability within our bots. Person will be responsible for designing, creating content tailored to business needs, as well as creating conversations for our Chabot¿s.Contact Center experience is added advantage (preferably Telecom) Responsibilities Brainstorm the possible interactions users would have with clients.Create content for responses that are consistent and recognizable as a character that comes to lifeCollaborate with developers, product, and design teamsDesign engaging conversationReview the conversation our Chabot¿s had with their users on a weekly basis and suggest improvementsTrack progress of customer specific product improvements and measure impactHave a understanding of Chabot processes/business partners and how our bots add value to the application/serviceExperience 3 to 5 years of experience
