Job Description Self-motivated with a proven track record in consulting/pre-sales/ professional services activities in the IT Service and Operations space Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple functions and geographies with client facing roles Must have strong ITSM/ITOM domain knowledge. Products, technology evolution and application of AI/ML in operations In-depth technical knowledge of automation solutions in the IT Operations space – orchestrators, event and alarm management, task and workflow automation, analytics Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, customer interactions, and when submitting reportsRole/ Requirements Participate in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and automation needs Critical thinking / ability to analyze IT Operations artifacts – processes, ticket data and existing tools landscape. Bring to bear deep knowledge of industry best practices, market sources and own experience in development, implementation and improvement of IT Operations processes and enabling tools Provide recommendations on technology and change management required for adoption of Automation solutionsNice to Have
