Mandatory ¿ ¿ Good Functional Knowledge of Telecom products [Basic understanding of technology used in delivering the MPLS, VPN product would be useful ¿ such as basic knowledge of network technology used for delivering service to the customer (Access & Core Network, Routers, CPE, Switches etc.)]¿ Ability to identify pain areas & suggest improvements in operational processes.¿ Drive solutions and reach agreements with multiple stakeholder¿s thro workshops, conference calls & discussions.¿ Expertize in Business Process Management modeling tools (Visio/ARIS/UML) and techniques.¿ Exposure in Requirement Capture and Conducting Operational Training¿ ITIL & eTOM Understanding.Optional   ¿ Knowledge of Financial and commercial awareness.¿ Awareness of Business Process Management, modeling tools and techniques.¿ Understanding of preparing a project schedule (in MPP/Excel) ¿ Exposure in preparation of Rapid impact Analysis, High level service operations models¿ Lead the development of service designs and provide service solutions for Enterprise Telecom Product launches/feature enhancements ¿ To lead/manage End to End service delivery and service assurance for product launch / service improvements for Enterprise Telecom products.¿ Chair calls with Sr. Product Managers and Operational stakeholders to capture customer requirements and obtain necessary approvals.¿ Interacting with Solution Architects/Designers, Component Designers, Test designers regularly to capture the requirement and ensure the developments are in line with the customer requirements.¿ Model the processes using process modeling tools like Visio / ARIS  and prepare service level documents (Service Delivery / Assurance) ¿ Train the Operational teams on the enhancements made for the new launches.¿ Provide Post launch support for the initial orders
