Location : BangaloreQty :4Exp: 3 to 6years only.JD:1)Genesys Reporting : Should have experience on Genesys Framework 8.x and complete understanding of Genesys Architecture Familiar with Genesys Routing, call flows, Inbound , Outbound Interactions (Voice and Non-Voice). Familiar with Contact Center Metrics Should have experience on Real-time reporting and Historical Reporting Must have working knowledge on using tools like Genesys Pulse, CC Pulse+, SAP Business Object 3.1/4. Thorough understanding of Info Mart Database schema and GI2 Universe Experience in Reports Development (Optional) Experience in ETL Development2) IVR Developer Extensive exp on Genesys Framework 8.x and understanding of Genesys architecture.- Should have knowledge on Genesys routing. Having knowledge on composer is preferred.- Good to have hand on Genesys IVR development tools like Designer, Composer.- Familiar with SIP platform & hands on expertise in Genesys SIP, Inbound, Genesys Voice Portal(Media Resources, Resource Managers). Good to have knowledge on Java scripts.- Excellent understanding of SDLC, testing and implementation of IVR systems on Genesys Experience 8.x & ORS SIP based Genesys IVR implementation -URS and GVP centric IVR systems.- GVP-Genesys voice and non-voice Routing, IVR call flow development, GVP reporting, experience in design and development of Genesys Solutions.3) E Services Extensive exp on Genesys Framework 8.x and understanding of Genesys architecture.- Should have knowledge on Genesys routing. Having knowledge on composer is preferred.- Good to have hand on Genesys IVR development tools like Designer, Composer.- Exp on Genesys Email and Chat Infrastructure.- Excellent knowledge on Genesys Workspace.- Familiar with SIP platform & hands on expertise in Genesys SIP, Inbound, Genesys Voice Portal, eservices, Reporting(Pulse, ICON)- Able to design, develop complex routing applications.- Excellent understanding of SDLC, testing and implementation of IVR systems on Genesys Experience 8.x & ORS SIP based Genesys IVR implementation -URS and GVP centric IVR systems.- GVP - Genesys voice and non-voice Routing, IVR call flow development, GVP reporting, experience in design and development of Genesys Solutions.
