4 to 8 yrs of quality assurance testing experience is required.Experience in Telecom domain (Order capture/Catalog management/provisioning etc)Experience on Webservice testing SOAP/REST – good to haveExperience on Automation (Selenium) – good to have - Experience in Test Planning- Experience in Design Test Scenario- Experience in Writing Test Cases- Experience in Executing Test Cases- Strong background with Manual testing, Web application testing, Black box testing.- At least a bachelor degree or equivalent industry experience.- Proven experience in QA methodologies.- Participate as a team member & fosters team work by intergroup co-ordination within the modules of the project.- Experience & willingness work on creating test cases, test scripts & execute them.- Should have very good communication skills.- Providing effort estimates independently for a release and testing strategy for same.- Independently write test cases/ test plan for new stories, enhancements planned in release.- Creating and tracking bugs for all discovered defects in product.- Managing and maintaining of test plan during and after release testing.- Collaborate with team members overseas and on locationDesired Skills and Qualifications :- Should have good working experience in designing and implementing automation and manual software testing.- Good knowledge and experience in working on scrum based agile methodology.- Attend daily scrum meetings- Have hands on experience on software testing of large and complex software systems.- Should Have the ability to perform research on the requirements, customer bugs and incorporate these learning in testing.- Demonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skills- Demonstrated strong communication skills both verbal and written- Good attitude & willingness to learn & grow- Familiarity with Agile practicesKey Competencies :- Demonstrated strong initiative, ownership, communication and teamwork skills-- Demonstrated strong communication skills both verbal and written-- Good attitude & willingness to learn & grow- Familiarity with Agile practices- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary- Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimum supervision and demonst
