Understanding of latest Telecom communication technologies * Complex Telecom network designs¿Must have Knowledge on advance Trends in Call Centre Technology & Telecom Design.¿ Ability to work on Call Centre & BPO Solution Proposals¿ Ability to work & respond to RFI & RFP. ¿ May be required to work in single contributor role and handle CCT projects and solutions independently.¿Ability to understand & Troubleshoot complex Telecom issues ¿Ability to perform high end configurations for Telecom devices¿ Must have thorough knowledge about the Network products / Topologies used in BPO's¿Well versed with VOIP topologies on WAN / MPLS with knowledge of H.323 & SIP¿Experience & Good knowledge on Call Center Voice solutions (Avaya, Cisco , Gensys , Aspect etc ) ¿Experience & good knowledge on Call recording solutions (NICE, Verint, etc) ¿Good understanding of reporting tools.¿Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills¿Ability to Lead, Train & Motivate people and improve Team performance
