Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:• Perform Damage Tolerance analysis for wing and fuselage Primary Structural Elements.• Prepare detailed analysis report with Damage tolerance analysis.• Perform validation of Damage Tolerance Analysis methodology using test data.• Interact with M&P and Design team to study inspection limitations.• Evaluate the PSEs for any access related or other inspection limitations.• Prepare/update DFEM and GFEM to arrive at acceptable stress equation.• Review Damage Tolerance Analysis and reports.• Interact with DAD (Design Authority Designee) to improve the existing maintenance task and approval of analysis/report.Domain Skills:• Sound knowledge of Fatigue and Damage Tolerance analysis principles (FAR Part 25 in general and CFR/AC 25.571).
