8+ years of Retail Domain & IT experience with minimum 5+ years Functional experience in Implementation of Oracle Retail applications like RMS, RPM, ReSA • Provide Functional Leadership in the areas of Oracle Retail RMS, RPM, ReSA, Allocation products Complete understanding of Functionality, features and usage of Oracle Retail RMS, RPM, ReSA, Allocation products Experience of at least three to four Oracle Retail Implementations/ Roll Outs of which at least two should be with large Retailers.3 years onsite Experience is must. Configure Oracle Retail RMS, RPM applications as per business requirement Strong skills in PL/SQL, Forms & Pro*c Oracle 12c, 11g DB, Web logic & Knowledge of Unix shell scripting is a plus Responsible for planning, leading and actively participating in design, configuration and testing of various modules within the Oracle Retail RMS, RPM modules. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders Creating functional design and helping in development of technical designs required to deliver allocated development work Provide guidance for design alternatives, provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within individual role context. Defining innovative functional solutions to meet business process requirements in Oracle Retail and/or interfacing with other backbone/ 3rd party systems Imparting Oracle Retail RMS, RTM training to team as well as to end users of customers Excellent knowledge in Retail processes & systems, Supply chain Management industry domains Excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, team management & motivation skills Exposure to solution life cycle management (concept, design, build, market and monetize solutions/services), Life Cycle of Roll Outs, Implementations, Upgrades or Support Engagements Working experience in multiple countries
