Experience in Retail Banking / Corporate Banking / Core Banking including Across channels – traditional (Branch Banking) and non-traditional such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ATM, Kiosks, IVR, Social Firsthand experience in Online Banking, Mobile Banking programs Expertise in new channels and ability to spot trends in fast changing channel technology Experience in transformation initiatives such as Multi Channel Optimization, Customer Experience, Online Banking refresh, Channel migration desirable Ability to understand emerging demands of customer centricity in retail banking and develop solutions to meet that demand Experience in associated areas such as CRM, Customer Data, User Experience is desirable Combination of experience working in both retail Bank and technology firm is desirable Cash Management / Trade Finance / Payments & Cards / Treasury RFIs / RFPs Core Banking Products – Finacle / Flexcube / Temenos etc. Solution developments, Pre-sales support and business development experience in Retail Banking / Corporate Banking / Channels technology space is essential Experience across retail banking / corporate banking products and on consulting engagements (onsite) desirable Demonstrated thought leadership in Retail Banking / Corporate Banking desired About 8-10 years of professional experience in business and technology areas Preferably coming from mature organizations with client base across different geographies Preferably with good B-School /professional qualifications
