Role: Content Management consultantLocation: NYCJob description: 10+ Years of experience in Business analysis and requirements gathering related to Health insurance information systems and records. Specialization in Governance and Records management implementation would be added advantage, Experience with electronic records management systems (ERMS), planning and conducting formal analyses, evaluations, or reviews of records management functions, programs, activities, and issues Should be good in Understanding the business processes with respect to ECM and related documents/records structure Should be good at information management functions such as data quality management, data content standards, life cycle management and securing vital data assets Should be good at Setting expectations and getting buy in from stakeholders Capable to Build the case for EIM by understanding the current state of information and records management across the enterprise. Capable to Organize for information governance at the enterprise or functional level. Get as far as is politically possible, extending support through effective collaboration. Should be good at the ECM Governance requirement from key stakeholders and business units and Understand the existing CM intensive processes in the organization. Experienced in abiding by various federal agency guidelines and directives for forms management, records management, file classification systems, personnel record keeping, Privacy Act, and Handling Sensitive Personally Identifiable (PII) Information. Must be highly motivated to move records management beyond compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement Ability to quickly understand current records management concept of operations, client governance, and expected role functions Experience with various records management formats and media (hard copy, electronic, microform and multi-media) Experienced in maintaining and preserving records necessary to protect legal, insurance, and Health information(HIPPA) rights of the federal government Analyze
